Open at Level 2

We take an overreactive 'safe' approach to Covid outbreaks. As such, when we open at level 2 we can assure you that the -

1. QR code sign-in sheet will be at the front desk

2. Plastic sheets will continue to be sanitized between clients 3. Masks, masks everywhere. Patients and Osteos

4. Hand sanitiser, hand sanitiser everywhere

5. We are all fully vaccinated

6. All surfaces wiped down between clients (door handles, EFTPOS etc)

7. Guidelines set by the government are followed

8. Please wait outside or in your car to avoid clogging up the reception area.

9. If covid is in the community we will be taking weekly covid tests.

PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF - You have new or worsening respiratory symptoms. This includes coughs and sore throats, shortness of breath, loss of smell or runny nose - You have been in contact with a confirmed or probable case of covid-19 in the last 14 days. -You or somebody close to you has travelled overseas in the past 14 days.

We are also offering telehealth consults which you can book in for here. Telehealth provides a digital face to face service. This allows you to show us your problem, and we can show you what to do about it. The bonus with telehealth is we are able to view your problem in its 'natural habitat' - if that happens to be in a home gym or home office environment.
