I'm pregnant... what's next?

First, congratulations! You are embarking on an exciting journey, yet unknown experience, if this is your first baby.

Let me tell you a little about myself as an osteopath treating pregnant women:

Our bodies are incredible and being able to help you with your ever-evolving body throughout your pregnancy is something I truely love doing.

I often find that, you soon-to-be parents, are overwhelmed with the amount of information available out there, hence why, we have one-on-one appointments where we take the time to understand your concerns and give you all the tips and tricks that will apply most to you and only you. These includes specifically taylored info on motherhood, parenthood, exercises and sleep education.

I have been working alongside incredible midwives here in the Waikato and we have truely seen the positive impacts we have had on you mamas. It definitely takes a village!

As well as helping you during your pregnancy, here at TLC we also treat your little ones, as early as a couple of days old :)

Please read below the most common complaints we see in the clinic:

• Reflux

• Plagiocephaly (flat spot on baby's head)

• Hip dysplasia

• Bowel movements (constipation, winds etc)

• Sleep issues

• Latching and feeding issues

Please note, that we are here to educate, help reduce the intensity of the symptoms and understand the cause of the presenting complaint.

Some conditions need more than one health practitioner and that's why I have surrounded myself by incredible heath providers to ensure you guys get the best outcomes.
