  • Newborn package: I have put together this incredible resource for parents-to-be and or new parents, who are wanting to learn about sleep but not sure where to start. It is all ready for you, all in one place and is  personally a great way to get extra knowledge about what to expect when it comes to newborn sleep. 

  • Personalized Sleep Plans: I work closely with parents to understand their baby's unique needs and preferences, creating tailored sleep plans that prioritize both comfort and development.

  • Supportive Guidance: I will be there every step of the way during our 2 weeks course, helping parents navigate challenges such as night wakings, nap transitions, and bedtime routines. I provide continuous support and guidance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure long-term success.
